Get Busy, Get Business
This video conference mastermind group is for sole proprietors or partners, in business up to three years, whose main functions are to establish their structure and acquire new business. Develop prospecting, sales and marketing practices, and the operations to support them. This group provides feedback and support for continued refinement and execution of these systems. Get Busy, Get Business meets twice a month by phone for 90 minutes in a group of up to 10 like-minded professionals. A half-day business planning session is included.
Business Builder
For business owners with up to five employees (including the owner/partners) who want to systematize the growth and management of their business. We encourage standard business processes, enhanced communication, and a positive, team-oriented business growth culture within each business. Business Builders meet twice a month for one and a half hours in a group of up to twelve like-minded professionals. One mastery series workshop is included per quarter.
