Some Problems Just Won’t Stay Fixed!

Do you sometimes fantasize about a ONE & DONE solution to your business problems? 

Because that is where that idea leads--to fantasy land.

“Can’t I just fix the dang thing and have it stay fixed?”

We know that’s too simplistic.  But sometimes you might think like this:

If I could just get my marketing message right… 

The Fix

  • Marketing has to meet the market, which is fickle. 
  •  Solve a fundamental problem or need, and you can dress your message up to meet the times.

If I could close a sale as smoothly as "Sales Guru" closed me...

The Fix

  • Not all of your prospects will choose you, but more will if you meet their need in the moment.
  • “Sales Guru” has had 100’s of more closing calls than you—so do more. And get better.

If I could get my team to play together instead of squabble...

The Fix

  • Point (or repoint) them in the right direction and the squabbles will die down.
  • People would much rather work toward a common goal than try to guess the goal.

This I know is true: Problems come up in every aspect of a business. And come back.

  • Sometimes you just haven’t met that problem yet, but others know the answer.
  • Sometimes a problem repeats, until you find a solution that works for most situations.
  • Sometimes a new situation presents a new problem.

And sometimes you grow out of one problem right into another. 

This is all just business as usual.

The Fix lies beyond just you. Don’t go it alone, whether as a solopreneur or a team leader, or a CEO.

Find some other perspectives.  Too much self-reliance slows us down, keeps us stuck, and leaves a lot of money on the table.
